How to Fix Label Sticking in a Samsung Hanwha Label Feeder

Having label sticking issues with your Samsung Hanwha label feeder?

Learn how to adjust reel holder tension and platform height to reduce feeding problems and jamming.

Description Problem:

As you can see, the problem is photo. When feed label to pick up, the label stuck on the Non-stick platform.

Let’s see what reasons caused and how to quickly solve it!

Why this happens:

Reason 1: The reel holder tension is too loose, causing the tape to slacken during the label-feeding process, which leads to feeding difficulties or jamming.

解決 1: Adjust the reel holder shown in the photo. Tighten the 3 screws to increase the resistance on the rotating shaft, ensuring the holder keeps the tape taut for smoother feeding.

Reason 2: The anti-stick platform is positioned too low, obstructing the forward movement of the labels.

解決 2: As shown in the image, loosen the red screw, then tighten the four orange screws. This will raise the height of the white platform by 0.2–0.5 mm.

Import Note: 4 orange screws, are inside of the holes. If the height is increased, the platform heights must be consistent.
