Pre-Sales Questions: What Should You Confirm?

| Will the label feeder work with my SMT machine? | Please confirm the exact machine model before ordering. We will assist with compatibility and setup. The label feeder operation is not related to machine software. |
| Can you handle special-shaped labels? | Yes. We can customize the feeding solution for different label shapes and applications, including 10 × 10 mm labels, die-cut labels, barcodes, QR identification, and hollow sponge SMT feeding. |
| Do I need a special nozzle? | For special labels, a customized nozzle may be required for stable pick-up. Please send us a small roll of your actual label material so we can customize the nozzle. |
| What about small 10 × 10 mm labels? | Small labels require accurate printing and feeding. For 10 × 10 mm labels, we can also advise on the label printing requirement. The customer case in our technical notes used a 600 dpi label printer. |
| Can the feeder work with different label materials? | The feeding solution can be customized according to the actual label structure, size, shape, and material. |
| What consumables are needed? | The main consumable is the feeding platform non-stick gasket. |

| What is the warranty period? | We provide 3–6 months warranty for the label feeder. Consumables and man-made damage are not covered. Customized feeders cannot be returned or canceled. |
| How are warranty repairs handled? | If the feeder has a natural failure during the warranty period, we can send replacement parts and provide operation videos. Shipping costs are not included. |
| What if the label cannot feed completely? | One possible reason is that the feeder speed is lower than the SMT machine pick-up speed. The feeder may also misjudge the placement head and stop the label halfway. |
| How can feeding speed be adjusted? | Depending on the situation, feeder speed can be adjusted to 95, and the fiber optic amplifier sensor value can be adjusted to above 2000. Further speed settings may also need adjustment. |
| What if the feed-forward distance is not enough? | Increase the feed-forward value step by step and press SET to save the adjustment. |
