• Clean after each use
Gently remove flux and solder residues using soft brushes, cotton swabs, or dedicated cleaning tools. A similar KOKI cleaning solvent is recommended for effective results.
• Inspect routinely
Check the nozzle regularly for wear or damage. Replace it before performance drops to ensure consistent soldering quality.
Tip: Cleaning can be done directly on the selective wave soldering system, as the built-in nitrogen protection minimizes oxidation during maintenance.
2. Oxidation Prevention
Use nitrogen shielding during operation to reduce oxidation and minimize dross build-up. This helps extend soldering nozzle life and maintain stable soldering performance.
