- Our selective soldering nozzle’s material is Titanium alloy (Ti-6Al-4V), the same as the ERSA brand’s original
- High Temp: Solder temperatures 300~350°C for a long time (lead-free solder is usually 260~280°C) and excellent anti-oxidation
- 耐食性: Resists chemical attack from fluxes (including water soluble fluxes) and avoids pitting corrosion problems common to stainless steel.
- High hardness: に関しては 800-1200 HV, resistant to mechanical shock, suitable for high-precision welding.
- Surface adds an oxide layer (TiO₂) to enhance high-temperature resistance and oxidation resistance
